We’re on a mission to help artists grow their businesses and reach their full potential — and we need a passionate Business Development Partner to help us expand our network.

The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Business Development Partner to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, approach, and onboard new beauty artists to the OnFleek UK platform. You'll act as the face of our brand, building strong relationships within the beauty community and ensuring each artist's onboarding experience is smooth, supportive, and successful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and connect with beauty professionals across the UK (makeup artists, hairstylists, nail techs, brow/lash specialists, etc.)
• Present the benefits of joining OnFleek UK and guide potential partners through the sign-up process
• Manage onboarding calls or meetings to assist artists in setting up their profiles and understanding the platform
• Build long-term relationships with artists to ensure satisfaction and engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to develop outreach strategies and materials
• Track and report performance metrics (e.g., number of artists onboarded, engagement levels, feedback received)
• Attend relevant beauty events (where applicable) to promote OnFleek UK and network with industry professionals

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of or passion for the beauty industry
• Proven experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or community management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
• Tech-savvy and able to guide others through online platforms or apps
• A proactive, go-getter attitude with a genuine desire to help others succeed

• Existing network within the beauty industry
• Experience working with freelancers or small business owners
• Background in recruitment or onboarding roles
